Zucchini

Fresh frozen zucchini is a very versatile vegetable ingredient. With its mild taste, organic zucchini puree is often used in dips, pesto, sauces and green beverages. Organic IQF zucchini is used as an ingredient for stews, prepared foods, and the classic French dish ratatouille. Both zucchini puree and IQF zucchini pieces can be used for baked goods production to add flavor and moisture to cakes, muffins, and bread.

 

Our organic IQF zucchini can be naturally processed to reduce its moisture content prior to freezing, as well as fire-roasted, or chargrilled to naturally enhance its flavor and color.
